		<item>Fresh garden carrots</item>
		<item>Home made orange marmalade</item>
	</ingredients>
	<directions>
		<step>Pick and clean carrots removing any blemishes, greens or root whiskers. Cut into bite sized sections, and steam (or place in boiling water and then simmer) until tender.  </step>
		<step>Remove from heat and stir in a spoon of orange marmalade per serving portion and return to heat slight before serving.</step>
