		<item>1 2/3 C. sugar</item>
		<item>1/3 C. all-pourpose flour</item>
		<item>dash salt</item>
		<item>ready made pie crust</item>
		<item>2 T. butter</item>
	</ingredients>
	<directions>
		<step>Combine rhubarb,sugar,flour and salt, and let stand 15 min.</step>
		<step>Line 9in. pie plate with pastry.</step>
		<step>Fill with rhubarb mixture.</step>
		<step>Dot with butter.</step>
		<step>Adjust top crust, and slit, seal, and flute.</step>
		<step>Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.</step>
