		<item>1 cup butter</item>
		<item>1/2 cup chunky peanut butter</item>
		<item>1 cup creamy peanut butter</item>
		<item>1 cup cream</item>
		<item>1 cup packed brown sugar</item>
		<item>2 eggs</item>
		<item>2 1/2 cups flour</item>
		<item>1 1/2 tsp baking soda</item>
		<item>1 tsp baking powder</item>
		<item>1/2 tsp salt</item>
	</ingredients>
	<directions>
		<step>Blend butter, peanut butters, and egg. In separate bowl mix all dry ingredients. Blend both mixes to consistent mix. Divide dough into logs approx. 2 in diameter. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in refrigerater one hour.</step>
		<step>Unwrap chilled log and cut into approx. 3/8 in waffers. Place on cooking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F. for 5 minutes, then rotate sheet in oven and cook for another 5 minutes or until they are a light golden brown color. Remove from oven and cool on rack. Serve.</step>
