	<ingredients>
		<item>2 cups flour</item>
		<item>1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour</item>
		<item>2/3 cup sugar</item>
		<item>1 teaspoon salt</item>
		<item>1 tablespoon baking powder</item>
		<item>1 teaspoon baking soda</item>
		<item>1-1/2 cups raisin</item>
		<item>1 tablespoon caraway seeds</item>
		<item>2 eggs slightly beaten</item>
		<item>1/2 cup buttermilk</item>
		<item>2 tablespoons melted butter</item>
	</ingredients>
	<directions>
		<step>Mix all dry ingredients.</step>
		<step>Add raisins and caraway seeds and mix well to coat raisins.</step>
		<step>Fold in eggs, buttermilk and melted butter. </step>
		<step>Knead for a few minutes and shape into a round.</step>
		<step>Cut an X on top and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-60 minutes.</step>
